Underserved Community and Emerging Leader Scholarships
Americans for the Arts, in partnership with the Hilton Austin in Austin, TX and Delta Airlines, are pleased to announce the recipients of full scholarships to attend Leading the Charge. Five recipients from underserved communities and five emerging leaders were awarded full scholarships including registration, airfare, and lodging. This opportunity generated an enormous response from extremely worthy individuals. Please join us in congratulating the following scholarship recipients:

Americans for the Arts Preconference Reimbursement Scholarships
Americans for the Arts is pleased to announce the recipients of preconference reimbursement scholarships, awarded to arts leaders attending the 2005 public art, united arts funds, or emerging leader preconferences. These scholarship awardees receive $500 to cover preconference registration, travel, housing, or other expenses incurred by attending the preconferences. Many state, statewide, and regional arts agencies offer scholarships for people in their service areas to attend the convention. Assistance is often in the form of registration or travel subsidies.
